WHO DO I CONTACT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS, CONCERNS OR ISSUES REGARDING THE INTERIOR OF MY UNIT?

Any homeowners that have questions, concerns or issues regarding the interior of their unit (i.e. repairs, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, etc.) should contact the Seller Customer Service Line at (888) 829-2442.


 

WHO DO I CONTACT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS REGARDING MY ONE-YEAR HOME WARRANTY?

The seller provides all original buyers with a one-year home warranty through Old Republic Home Protection. Any homeowners that have questions regarding their one-year home warranty should contact Old Republic Home Protection at (800) 445-6999 or visit their website at www.orhp.com.


 

CAN A HOMEOWNER PUT ISSUES OR CONCERNS BEFORE THE BOARD EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND THE MEETINGS?

Homeowners who are not able to attend the Board of Directors meetings may still put issues or concerns before the Board by sending or e-mailing a letter to the Board via Level Property Management. Level Property Management will publish any homeowner letters in the Board’s monthly management report for review at the meetings.
